Crispen Mills is a MUD-certified makeup artist, licensed cosmetologist, and beauty educator with 25 years in the beauty industry. Licensed since 2006 and teaching since 2009, she brings a rare combination of hands-on artistry, classroom leadership, and curriculum experience to every project.
Her work moves from clean natural beauty and bridal refinement to saturated glamour, period styling, and theatrical character design. As a transgender woman and educator, Crispen understands beauty as both craft and agency: a way for people to recognize themselves, communicate who they are, and feel seen.
Her approach is polished, inclusive, technically precise, and always centered on the person in the chair.
